What gameplay level are you guys using?

Rookie, pro, allstar etc......

Pro. And it's tough. Lots of turnovers, lots of shots that don't go the way they should.

AllStar - Simulation... 23-0 right now, but it's all close games...

i always play on pro for a bit, then i shoot it to the highest difficulty every year.

then you feel the rush of having every possession count :D
