TRENTON, Mich. - Her family says 7-year-old Kathleen Edward is in the final stages of a degenerative brain disorder diagnosed as Huntington's Disease - the same disease which killed her mother, Laura, when she was only 24.

A neighbor who is feuding with the family admitted to posting grim depictions of Laura and Kathleen on Facebook, and also has a coffin hitched to a pick-up truck in front of the house - which the neighbor says is for a halloween decoration.

One photo depicts Laura in the arms of the grim reaper, while the other features Kathleen's face above a set of crossbones.

Police responded to the public feud Thursday, but no arrests were made.

A rally for Kathleen Edward has been planned for Saturday, Oct. 23 from 3 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at Haas Park in Trenton.

The invitation reads: She has been tormented by sadistic neighbors. Please come and join us in showing Kathleen there are good people that care.

Someone got to them, don't know who or what they did, but they put the truck out of view, took down the offensive decorations, and the husband purposefully apologized for "their stupidity." It didn't make sense to me cuz they seemed cool with the PPO's and talking to the media...but after you said you saw it /new/, probably /b/ got to them.

My neighborhood has ran out registered sex offenders just because they where there. I could hardly imagine the hell my neighbors and I would bring down on these trailer trash fucksticks if they pulled some shit like that in our area.

That "Neighborhood Watch" sign isnt just for show on my street. Dont get me wrong, we have parties all the time up and down the block, all it takes is a phone call to ask them to turn it down. Everyone is cool about it, But we have had some idiots that just move in and dont listen to the warnings....
