does that phone have a gps on it?

one thing about unlocking or jailbreaking a phone, it doesnt reset and give out a new number for ur GPS system on the phone, it can always be tracked down....

or make a facebook page just for the phone.

And you give him a link he can read as we can all pitch in and have a fund raiser topic to add to the large reward fund.
