Vujacic Suffers Concussion (http://my.lakers.com/blogs/2010/10/14/vujacic-suffers-concussion/)
by Mike Trudellon

Lakers guard Sasha Vujacic suffered a concussion after being inadvertently struck in the face, just below the left eye, by an errant elbow from Lamar Odom in Thursday’s practice.

Vujacic will be monitored closely and re-evaluated on Friday, but for now is considered out indefinitely from basketball activity.

as long as he's back for game 7 to shoot a couple FT's, this is good news

That actually IMPROVES the team. He can only slow down a 1-legged Manu. And because he did that, his contract is a pain in LAL ass.

His bad hairdo made the injury way, way worse.

Lakers are actually better off when Sasha is not available. Thanks Odom!

Not even death woulda kept Sasha from deep-6'ing the Celtics that night.

Soon as he brushed his hair back and smoothed the eyebrow it was over. And Rondo was the only Celtic that didn't know it, the cheeky bastard. The rest of them yielded right then and there.

^...true. Someone (Daniels?) tossed a towel straight up in the air behind the Celtic bench as Vuj launched the first one, but, you're right, everybody else just rolled over.

Great news. Hopefully Ebanks gets some run.

Sasha is already gone in my book. I mean what a fucking waste of 5 years.

Yeah. Oh well. At least he had that one contract year and a lot of Lakers fans are counting him to have another one this year.

The highlight of Sasha's contract year was when pissed on San Antonio's fresh grave with that meaningless three and fucked gamblers over world wide.

Other than that he still sucked and never deserved that contract.

^Though purposely breaking out of that pack toward the half court line, Game 7, just the way Phil drew it up came in pretty handy when he loaded up & ended Will Hunting.

You sure he didn't just flop? Wonder if he's working on his acting skills for the refs? :spin

Did Manu brush his hair out of his eyes?

Laker fans got to be happy. I'm rooting for a broken leg for Barea. Nothing too serious just enough to knock him out for the year and nothing with any long term effects that will bother him when he's on Minnesota in '11.

Did Manu brush his hair out of his eyes?

No, but, he did pinch his snout shut to kill the smell of skunk.
