While Cousin is likely on the way out too, I'd still be more curious in seeing what he can do in 4 games than I am from seeing Gist in and out over the past two seasons.

In the preseason, he has averaged 3.3 points and 3.0 rebounds and has been competing with Alonzo Gee (3.7 points and 1.3 rebounds) and Bobby Simmons (3.2 points, 3.0 rebounds) for the backup small forward position.

Even though Neal has his three year contract, I would most definitely put him in Austin when their season starts ans make him earn his Spur minutes. At present, he seems to shoot no better than last year's RMJ. That is not a compliment.
