The rapper has replaced his bottom set of enamels with a row of gold and diamond implants to create a shiny new smile.
He posted a picture of his mouth on Twitter, writing, "My teeth are real diamonds... these are not fronts... I replaced my bottom row of teeth with diamonds."

Kanye's the shit. Getting diamonds as replacements is kind of gay, but his music is as strong as they come. Also, as an artist he's one of the top dudes in game today.
808 and Heartbreaks is one of the best albums in the last 5 years. Can't front on that. Plus his "good friday's" tracks have been awesome to say the least.

I pretty much agree with this. Most of his GOOD friday releases have been pretty good and he's got some good talent under his label with common and mos def and to a much less extent the fan favorite big sean, whom i'm not sold on at all but seems to have a pretty big fan base. most of the hip hop world is waiting for Kanye's newest outing due in November. his behavior is distracting, but he still seems to be on his game.
