this happened just last week and me and my friends were at the game

they were heckling because they lost and i'm pretty sure some of them knew each other

some of the players from the team claim that the fans threw beer bottles at them but i didn't see anything besides some shit talking from the fans

The guy that got knocked out went after another player after the fighting had mostly stopped.

I don't get why everyone wants to hold the players solely responsible for this. Yes, they're in the wrong, but fans should be held to a higher standard as well.

went to a rangers game last year and i sat in left field stands and the fans were brutal to the angels left fielder. I wouldnt have blamed that guy for jumping into the stands.
