View Full Version : Why do some casinos only have certain table games?

I moved down to Miami (from Pittsburgh) about 2 months ago, and the two main casinos down here--Seminole Hard Rock and Miccosukee--only have a select few kinds of table games. They do not have my two favorites, however, Craps and Roulette. At the Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh they had just about every game you could ask for, as did the other 3 casinos in the surrounding area (Meadows, Mountaineer, Wheeling Island). I understand why some places have slot-machines only, but why have Texas Hold'em, Blackjack, Baccarat, and omit Craps and Roulette? If you've ever been to a casino you'll see that Craps is far and away the most popular game, and it's almost impossible to get a spot when its busy. Is there a political or legal reason why these games aren't available at certain casinos? If not, then I'm just dumbfounded by this...

Wrong...i'm not talking about brothers shooting dice on the street corner. It's hands down the funnest game at the casino and w/o a doubt the liveliest, imo.

I've only played baccarat once, and that was five years...I wouldn't even know how to play now.

Some Indian casino's have to follow certain gaming rules. If there is no craps table or whatever, its probably due to regulations against it.
