I enjoy eggs in pretty much any preparation, other than deviled, depending on my mood.
I prefer my eggs unfertilized, however.

Over easy, with hashbrowns and plenty of salsa.
Alternately:
Scrambled, with a sprinkle of crunched-up spicy Doritos. The soft-squish eggs with a little bit of crunchy stuff and spice is better than you might think. Try it. :toast

scrambled thank you. Yolk is the carrier of salmonella.
Yolk has always grossed me out especially idiots like my Dad and brother who insist on dipping their toast in that crap. Yuuuuuuuk!
And yet they wonder why the get the runs every so often...

Runny egg yolks are heaven. Especially for dippin' toast, bacon, or sausage.
I found a breakfast/brunch place here a couple weeks ago that has an eggs benedict consisting of two poached eggs and hollandaise (of course) on pulled pork and jalapeno corn cakes. Also had an favorite bar in my old town with something called the "eye opener," which was a burger with a slice of ham and a fried egg. In both cases, it is the runny yolk that makes the dish so good.

scrambled thank you. Yolk is the carrier of salmonella.
The yolk is sterile. It's the shell you have to worry about, especially if you've plucked the egg directly from the chicken's ass. I'm being serious--wash your farmer's market eggs. But grocery-store eggs are washed. I think you're more likely to be struck by lightening than contract salmonellosis from eggs. Also, to get sick from it, you need a lot of salmonella bacteria present.
God, I'm a nerd.
