Splitter's one of the best "blue collar" rookies I've ever seen.

He does a lot of little things rather well. Taking charges, getting the occasional 2-6 points at high percentage (>50), a block or two here and there. He doesn't give anything away (other than maybe poor FT shooting, though that's a moot point for this game), he just makes the spurs better overall.
