Slowly, Splitter’s workload increases (http://blog.mysanantonio.com/spursnation/2010/11/12/slowly-splitter%e2%80%99s-workload-increases/)
by Mike Monroe

...Splitter’s next step: added playing time, as soon as the Spurs medical and coaching staffs gain confidence that the strained right plantaris muscle that kept him out of the entire preseason has fully healed.

...“The doctors are doing a good job on me, I think,” he said. “I have to go little by little and day by day and try to improve. Always, muscle injuries are something dangerous. Sometimes you can go backwards and make it worse. That’s why we’re taking care with it.”

No need to rush Tiago, but once he is ready to handle the full workload of minutes, this team will be way better on the defensive end. :tu

This team is already better defencivelly when hes on the court. Its scary how good spurs will be once timmy and splitter develop some chemistry together, right now they appear out of sync at times.
