Not even jail time! They showed the girl and her mom on the local news. The mom was yelling and screaming at the man. I hope this man moves near manny and jekka then they can invite him over to their place to drink wine and watch spurs games and talk about how happy they are that he didn't have to be punished for his crimes.

A former pastor was sentenced to 10 years probation today for of having sex with an underage choirgirl more than a dozen years ago.
Duane Hammons, 47, was found guilty Friday of four charges of sexual assault of a child and two charges of indecency with a child by contact. The jury found him not guilty of two counts of indecency with a child by contact.
He faced up to 20 years in prison.
Hammons, a former pastor of The Church of God in Christ, was convicted of having sex with Nailah Coggins while she was a freshman and sophomore at Holmes High School. Coggins, now 27, testified the relationship began in 1992 when she was 15.
The San Antonio Express-News does not usually reveal the identity of sex crime victims, however Coggins said she didn't mind being identified by name.
"It wasn't exactly what I wanted," Coggins said after leaving the courtroom. "But I know God is a just God and he'll have to pay for it in the end even if he doesn't go to prison."
She said the sexual abuse threw her life into turmoil and she went from being an honor roll student to a homeless woman who lost a child and suffers stress-related health problems.
The sexual relationship began after congregants asked Hammons to counsel the teen because she was having trouble at home and didn't have many friends, said prosecutors Krista Melton and Rose Zebell.
Coggins testified that Hammons would pick her up from school and take her to motels to have sex.
Defense attorney George Taylor maintained the teen was 17, the legal age of consent, at the time of the affair.
Along with probation, Hammons was also ordered to pay a $10,000 fine.
