Will the Spurs win the next 5, too? If not, which will be their first loss?

Nawlins game looks very tough, 4-1 would be my prediction.

This is a special streak. Every player is contributing. Shots are falling. The high-scoring trend is not a fluke. I believe as cold as night as 'tis, the winning streak is gonna be with us for a long time.

Dallas will bring their A++++ game like they always do against the Spurs. I can see a loss to them.

4-1. I think we'll lose against Orlando. We aren't great at defending the perimeter and they also have Howard and Carter...

This is a very difficult stretch of game. On paper, Orlando looks like the toughest opponent but they aren't playing very well, NO is playing out of their mind but the Spurs will want their revenge after losing at home.

the way we are playin right, we cant be stopped

unless pop wants to lose a game, so he can get into their asses again and restart another winning run

if every 10 games we lose only 1...i take that...then we finish with a 70+ win team...then the mvp has to be given to someone

Picked the Wolves since they didn't have a single vote :lol

i think we go 3-2, with losses coming to NO and GS. haven't looked at the schedule so not sure if there's a back to back or not. that obviously is a factor.

They will lose to Dallas and New Orleans.

I still don't know how we can counter CP3's pick and roll.

I'd be happy if we go 3-2. Even if we lose against Orlando, NO and Dallas it's really not that bad.

I still don't know how we can counter CP3's pick and roll.

Score more than them.
With the contributions they're getting from the whole team, offense will be the only solution to an unstoppable play.

We'll finish 81-1.

Some important stats to keep in mind.

Best 1-loss start in NBA history:

17-1 -> Portland: Nov-Dec 1990.

Number of difficult road games Spurs have in the next 12 games:
1 -> Nov 28 @ New Orleans.

We'll be favored in every single game except that one. The Spurs take care of business and we'll be sitting at 22-1 on December 16.

I voted for no loses. But if we do lose it will be against the magics

Be fun to go 81-1, but not terribly likely. We're due for a letdown, Orlando's a good club. I say that's the next loss.

We'll lose a close one to the Mavs, but win the other four.

Orlando and Dallas will be tough, New Orleans will be extremely difficult, I think we're capable of winning them all though and I'll stand by them and say we will. 81-1 until proven otherwise. :lol :toast

I coulda sworn the DAL game was @DAL. Just looked at the schedule and i'm wrong. oops.

3-2 sounds most realistic to me. Losses coming vs. Orlando and @NOH.

I think Spurs will win 4 out of 5, and maybe lose one to Dallas or Hornets. I really want the Spurs to give the Hornets a little payback for beating them in San Antonio.

This here is my first post.

I have the Spurs most likely losing tomorrow to the Magic, but in a close game. Then, the Spurs rebound and win the next 4 games, with a huge win over the Hornets regaining the division lead. But if the Spurs beat the Magic tomorrow, I'm gonna be stoked. Except that I think they lose to the Hornets. I'm just trying to be realistic so I don't get my hopes too high.

Spurs have gone through this past streak DESPITE a couple poor shooting quarters and halves. That's what makes the Spurs such a dangerous team. They've also won against some good teams.

That being said, Spurs will lose eventually, because all teams do. Any team is capable of getting hot and hitting all their shots, nothing you can do about that. I picked GS because they're playing well now (they're playing totally out of their league now) and it's on the road, and the natural instinct will be to let down their guard a little. GS will have a hot shooting night that night.

I'm pretty sure that we can win all that 5 games. It doesn't mean too much to be so hot in November, but we're playing great guys!!

well, 25% of the people who voted guessed wrong, because the Spurs beat the Magic. Looks like most people think NO or Dallas will break the streak...
