No, it's a graphic at one of the PHX sites.

The Suns have a banner in America West with the numbers crossed out like this. It's harmless, but somehow I find it a little tacky.

(Now somebody will tell me the Spurs have one up at the SBC, in which case I juse OWN3D myself.)

Every win they mark from 16 down.

Right now, we'dd be at a crossed out 7. With only 6 more wins and a title.
