If they were as good as this Hornets team a.k.a. '96 Bulls, they could easily do it.

Hornets are stacked. They will get an 8th seed in the first round and put them away quickly.

I'm gonna say the Heat finish 45-37 and get the 6th and get swept in the first round.

4% of the current NBA.com voting population (856 people) actually believe the Heat will win > 70 games.

Poll is up on NBA.com right now.

No, it's not dead. It's only dead for this season, their first together.

This is Year One of the 6+ year run. When the Heat start adding MLE players, have more experience together, perhaps a better coach (maybe Pjax?) on the sidelines, then I think it will happen.

^Daddy-O, you should thank your lucky stars the Mavs rolled over for ya's. Otherwise, your ass would be a virtual shoe store.

I don't see Miami getting past Boston. This Fantasy "6+ year run" might not start until that Boston team gets blown up in the next couple years. The Heat need to upgrade their center position.
