The Spurs purposely run undersized guys out there and have a sort of half-assed zone where two players chase the ball around the court. This inevitably makes the defense ridiculously easy to break down and ends up with wide open shooters. Pop seems to think that this somehow scores more points on the other end, and often does when they shoot 60-80 percent from three point range.
