Christmas, New Years, 4th July, Memorial day, Labor day, Super Bowl, any other peak drinking times.

I wish they would put the check points at locations that deter the south-west-east siders from coming to the north side and ruining our "nice" places

Is a damn holiday good cause for the authorities to investigate you and your car at random? Really?

Whatever happened to particularized cause? Did the safety trolls already win this one, and nobody told me? I thought that shit was unconstitutional.
