You think 2 weeks is a long time to wait.

I used to post over at SpursReport.com. After some sort of forum meltdown, we were required to "re-verify" our accounts and wait for account re-activation before we could post.

It's been 3 years and my account still hasn't been re-activated :lol. Naturally, I try and sign up a second account. No luck. Been (slightly less than) 3 years and no activation.

Fortunately I don't care anymore. Even if I received activation I wouldn't visit SR anymore. I suspect lots of people had trouble with this sort of thing and simply left because of it.

2 weeks is a long time to wait when you have something to say to all the RJ, BM, haters and the punks that post topics like which team is likely to end our streak. :blah

SpursTalk went down a while back, so I decided to go sign up over there just to go have some fun. But I decided to make my birth date show that I was essentially an infant, so I was told I needed a permission slip.

Sent an email to tell them what happened and gave them my name, but still no soup for me.

Maybe when I'm 40 I won't need permission slips anymore . . . :downspin:
