ur not really from big D either. sitting on a stool when your cellphone rings, you pick the call and the caller asks you out for dinner that night. having arrived at the restaurant and she/he asks you where you are from, will you tell her the straight fact you are from the toilet room? where you were originally from that's what she/he wants to know, not where you've been at, imho. you can say you are from wherever you have been before, but your origin should be destined and sole.

Has nothing to do with the frontcourt. The team has no offense whatsoever, especially from the perimeter. Paul is just a very good PG at this point. Cannot score like he used to before his knee injury. Team has no one else to pick up the offensive slack.

I have been saying this ...the pre-injury Paul was a different beast ...was defintely a top 2 PG or the best
Now? He is like Nash with less offense ...

I was going to insert a callous, needlessly inflammatory remark about the hornets being from NO and treating such advice like their city leadership treated the money that was supposed to have been used to maintain the levees pre-Katrina, but decided against it.

The league has a huge attendance issue. The separation between teams has been too great for too long. The best thing the NBA can do is try to even out the offciating between all players and eliminate the star call. The league needs parody to rekindle interest in the game. To keep going down this path for another 5-10 years is economic suicide.

IMO, they're going to retract at least 2 teams in the next 10 years. Attendance is very poor.

New Orleans had their 15 minutes of fame, now on from the trash to actual elite teams.

The little Hornets run at the beginning of the season is now crushed. Bring on the bigger, badder teams.
