I don't think Emeka is a dirty player, but I watched that sequence again and it looked like he gave Manu a forearm shiver in the neck/back. In otherwords, it looked deliberate.

Ariza was co-conspirator. He ran Gino into the back pick and pinned him.

It's similar to a tackler in football going high and holding the player upright for the 2nd tackler to blast him low.

This really impresses me that the Spurs managed to blow Hornets out, but yet not have one of their biggest players gone in the second half. :)
