Chandler will stay with Duncan without the help of a double-team, and the Spurs have no answers for Dirk. Get over yourselves. Spurs can only win playing small-ball and that won't work in the playoffs. Ask the Suns. That was a close series but the Hornets couldn't overcome injuries to West and Chandler in Game 5 since they had no bench, no perimeter scorer and a PG who couldn't take over a game.

I think this is homer bravado. The Spurs and Mavs have been very close over the last 4-5 years and I expect that to continue this year. Last year was a down year for the Spurs but they are much better this year. If they meet in the playoffs it'll be a close and interesting series.

One advantage the Spurs have is they have been there and done it several times before, while the Mavs have yet to break through and win it all. That does a lot to the mental matchup.
