I don't remember that quote. I only know old school series and the immortal movie.
I guess the analogous game for the original series would be every time Megatron castigates Starscream.

He was loyal, wouldn't say he was Megatron's bitch. A loyal ally, but not a bitch. The Decepticons woulda left Megatron to die in Autobot City if Soundwave had not saved him and rushed him into Astrotrain.



Also I think in the comics he was much more independent.

I think it's 50/50 on whether Soundwave was Megatron's bitch. You could say that Soundwave's loyalty and willingness to do whatever Megatron commanded would be evidence that he was Megatron's bitch. However, when Starscream threw Megatron out of Astrotrain, Soundwave did not stop Starscream from doing it. I think that might be the reason Soundwave was basically demoted after Megatron became Galvatron. Cyclonus was Galvatron's main guy.
