what program do you use to shrink pictures to make avatars? I'm technology impared.

If you weren't being an ass, "tools" would probably have been a good word to leave off.


Paint, Photoshop....any photo editing program will do it.

I'm a youngin', I've never heard the word tool being used as an insultsave picture in your documents file. Locate the file
and right click on image and edit. must be 150x80 pixels
