is it me or does it seem like this "Reckless Kelly" is always playing at Gruene Hall.

They are a local band, Pooh. They play there a lot because of that.

Because Gruene Hall is the ultimate venue for full enjoyment of Reckless Kelly tuneage.

And no, Manny, they aren't necessarily a local band. They are based in Austin, but Willy and Cody Braun are from Stanley, ID, David Abeyta is from Bartlesville, OK, Jay Nazz is from Simsbury, CT, and Jimmy McFeely is from...well nobody's really sure where Jimmy Jam is from.

They play all over the country, they've opened for ZZ Top, Dwight Yoakum, Robert Earl Keen, and David Allan Coe, among others, and their latest video Stick Around is currently featured on CMT.

On a related note, they're playing tonight at Gruene Hall...
