I did not play the first 2, but this one is pretty great imo. TONS of stuff to do if you want to get 100% completion.

I'm level 30 or so on multiplayer. It is fun but gets old pretty quickly. I find myself able to MP for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours before I get kinda bored with it.

"How does look"?

It "looks" and plays exactly the same as AC2. The storyline picks up exactly where AC2 left off... for Desmond and Ezio. So if you liked the storyline in the first two, you'll like this one as well. Multiplayer is the only new element, and I can't comment on that as I never bothered to try it.
