Anything can happen but, nothing is on your side here.

A: You got WAXXED in SA this year. Absolutely creamed.
B: You've never beaten the Spurs full strength.
C: You just don't match up well against the Spurs
D: You can't beat us in your OWN house.

I know these two things. You HAVE to win game 3 to keep from being swept because two, you will not win game 4 under ANY circumstances.

The odds of you winning game 4 are...astronomalogical. The Spurs won't let you take two in SA and if you lose game three your will to fight is done.

If I was going to take my ass to another teams forum I would at least be sure to bring my "A" game. You really think after having lost twice to us at home that you'll be able to beat us on the road by twenty three points, a team that lost only three games at home all season?

Don't forget we also have an MVP, a two time MVP for that matter who has won two of the last four MVP awards and also has two Finals MVP's as well if I am not mistaken, he plays both ends of the court as well....

And rightfully so. That last 10 seconds of regular play in game 6...Jason Terry.....my jaw dropped.

I have a list of the most bizarre things I've seen in sports that was beyond my grasp of understanding. I added Jason Terry to my list.

Of course that is mouse. Mavericks fans are all bandwagoners, so it makes sense he would jump ship to the Suns, since they're so pretty and all.

Here's a simple guide to tell the difference between a Suns fan and a Mavs fan who is just bandwagoning on the Suns:

Suns fan -- "I still have hope against all odds. I hope the Suns make X adjustment to exploit Y matchup and try Z play in the clutch."

Mavs fan -- "SPURS SUXXX SUNS ROOL MERMADES HAV **** HAHAHAHA STODDYMIRE WILL SCOAR A HUNDRID ON YOU HAHAHAHA"

They should come up with the Offensive Player of The year like they have the Defensive player of the year IMO...I do agree to a certain extent but, I think that is why they have separate awards for DPOY and MVP. An MVP trophy would not be given to a player who does not score too much but plays really good defense (ie. Bruce Bowen and Ben Wallace).

Who else do you give it to? Shaq? Wade? The Heat didn't even have the best record in the NBA.... and they're in the EAST.

No, you have to give it to Nash. The Suns are an amazing team. Even the Spurs couldn't stop them from scoring (except when it counted).

The Suns are the best team in the West, and the Spurs are beating them at their own game. Beautiful.

Duncan? Injuries kept him out of MVP status this year. (Spurs went 8-4 w/o Tim).

Amare? Not a great defender either, and he wouldn't be scoring all those points without Nash.

ladiesman
05-27-2005, 10:01 AM
He still cannot play defense, hence he is an incomplete player... I'm not changing my opinion dude, I think I'm entitled to one... And yes, I would give it to Snaq.

ladiesman
05-27-2005, 10:06 AM
Nash would be great under pop... All he has to do is funnel his guy into the middle... He is AWSOME at doing this....

MadDog73
05-27-2005, 10:09 AM
Shaq? How could you give it to Shaq? The Heat are Wade's team (40 pts against the Pistons!)

But, if you discount defense, then Wade loses, too.

Personally, I hate the MVP award. It's stupid because you cannot pick just one player who is the best out of the whole NBA. But if you have to pick one, Nash is it, especially after the way he's played in the playoffs. The guy is amazing, and without him, the best team in the NBA (the Suns) are toast.

I was just stating my opinion from the NBA's standpoint as to why it was given to Nash.
What I meant to say was I think Nash's offensive performance was so good they were able to overlook the fact that his defense sucked. Stupid NBA.

OK, but if anything, the Playoffs have just confirmed that Nash is the MVP. I mean, 5 games with 25+ pts, and 10+ rebounds?!? First time in NBA history? 2 of those games against one of the best defensive teams ever (the Spurs). Sorry, I'll let it go, but I just don't see how hobbled Shaq even compares to MVP Nash!

Yes, Probaly the Suns won't go out like that, without a win, but probably 1-4 or 2-4

I say before the game one, then SA need 2 win in Phoenix and 2 in SA, so there´s only 2 win in SA left, in the 4th game or in the six, doesn´t matter

How can you say that when Timmy had a 33 pts, 15 reb., 3 blocked shots and 3 assists?

I love Manu, but Spurs fans have to give props to our Bread and Butter. Tim Duncan is MVP of the Spurs (probably MVP of the NBA, but he's not flashy enough to win, apparently).

If Spurs win the Finals, he'll be the MVP of them.

TOP-CHERRY
