You might be right, but I hope you're not under any delusions that Mahinimi will give you anything outside of garbage time.

I agree Scribbs. Still, hard to bench Haywood with the money he's making. Honestly, he may have to start next season if Chandler is gone. His contract is looking terrible.

lol scribb. He also said Josh>Caron. The guy overreacts a little tbh. Haywood looked decent today.

That's the understatement of the millenium. sribb overreacts like koolaid man talks about gay sex - all the fucking time.

It's not an overreaction to say that Haywood has been tremendously shitty.

Haywood > Mahinmi, but on the mavs, Mahinmi is a better fit.

Haywood is a huge center who needs to be fed the ball in a slower system. Mahinmi and chandler are great fits for Mavs high powered offense.

This is all.

he was in a contract year. chandler is in a contract year right now so let's enjoy his great perfomances while they last, mav fans :toast

You obviously haven't been watching Haywood this year.

Being a gambling degenerate, I cringe every time Haywood is in the game. Guy has been pathetic this year.

So I agree Mahinmi > Haywood so far this year.

It's actually a relief to hear Haywood is falling behind Ian in the rotation. If he was playing at the level he did in Washington AND Chandler was beasting the way he's been this season, Dallas would be much, much scarier. As someone who likes Ian, I hope he makes the best of his minutes and keeps developing, but I'd be surprised if his play this season -- or ever, really -- eclipses Haywood's in Wash.
