With all these Superteams being aligned and assembled, I truly believe that this current era could be the hardest to win a championship. Just look at the lineup in Boston Orlando, Miami, Los Angeles and Dallas.

Back then it was very unusual to see two 1st option type of players on the same team. It was always Michael and the Bulls, Hakeem and the Rockets, Charles Barkley and the Phoenix Suns, Patrick Ewing and the Knicks so on and so forth. Right now, a lot of these teams I believe the explosion of overlapping talents started when the Rockets signed Scottie Pippen and Charles Barkley.

I'm beginning to believe that whoever wins the championship this year would walk over any of the championship team in the 90's (Bulls, Rockets) or even early 2000 (Lakers, Spurs)

All depends. With these two calling the shots a *championship* is not that hard.

Miami is a new superteam, Orlando is a new team, and Dallas is far from a superteam. That dwindles all the top teams to just two Lakers and Celtics.

Spurs are better than the Mavs, btw.

Next year(if there is a next year) is going to be very tough.

Lakers
Celtics
Orlando
Heat
Bulls
Knicks
The east is stackkked.

It's still the same way. You got Lebron and the Heat, Kobe and the Lakers, Howard and the Magic, Pierce and the C's. Nothing is different.

Dont you mean Wade and the Heat?

It was harder in the early 90s. Not so much with the middle of the decade.

harder, in the 90's games were more physical, and there were less teams, talent wasn't as watered down as today

Definitely now, the refs decide who wins the games these days.
