He will, if Jeff McDonald is to be trusted.

Here's an excerpt from his Spurs - Wizards game preview (http://blog.mysanantonio.com/spursnation/2010/12/25/sunday-wizards-7-20-at-spurs-25-4/):

INJURIES
Spurs: James Anderson (right foot fracture) is out. Hill (sprained right big toe) is day-to-day.

Contrast that with his Spurs - Magic preview (http://blog.mysanantonio.com/spursnation/2010/12/22/thursday-spurs-25-3-at-magic-16-12/) which directly stated that George Hill would be out for the game. So if this is reliable, George Hill has been upgraded from out to day-to-day. Which almost certainly means he will play tonight against the Wizards.

UPDATE: George Hill will play, albeit in limited minutes.

I think he sits this one. Wizard without morons duo , Wall. It should be easy game, and a lot of Quinn Udoka on court.

My question is when will Blair return? He's been out since last year.

See, I think opposite. If hes available to play, I say send him out there for a little bit so he can get some rhythm back before the tough stretch. Im not saying 30+ min, just in the teens or something

He needs to get out there and shake a little rust off before the tough stretch. Hopefully we can get up 30 so he can play the majority at the end.

Pop says he's missed George Hill at both ends of the floor. Even dropped the "my favorite player" line from last season. #spurs

If one thinks about it, we don't need George Hill at all, which means he's expendable. Neal is a better shooter and defender and could take all his minutes. Realistically though Neal, Quinn, and Anderson (when he returns) could each get a chunk and the spurs would be so much better off. Hill is turnover prone and can't shot the basketball.
