The 2000-2003 Sacramento Kings is mine. I'm a spurs fan but these guys were by far my second favorite team. They were exciting to watch, young, and were probably one of the best "whiteboy" teams that I've ever saw. They had divac, j-will, a young stoyackavich, pollard, then they got turgaloo, at one time they acquired brad miller right? And of course they had the good black folk roll through there like bibby, Bobby Jackson, nick Anderson, and others I'm probably missing. And of course the great Chris webber. I truly believe that they should of had a championship in 02 if it wasn't for that 4th quarter collaps in that epic game 4 which led to horry's freak 3 pointer buzzer beater. Ah memories.

Great topic OP
I loved to watch that Sonics team 1995-96 even though they ran into the Bulls dynasty that team was a hell of alot of fun to watch.
Really is a shame that Seattle doesn't have a pro team anymore, no arena rocked like Key Arena

I liked the late 90s New York Knicks with Allan Houston, Spree, and Grandmama. They were fun to watch, but still had a little bit of a nasty and unlikeable demeanor with Spree and LJ and Kurt Thomas and Chris Childs.

Also liked watching the early 2000s Rockets with Stevie Francis and Cat Mobley, before they got Yao. I thought they had some potential with those two, an ok glue guy in Kenny Thomas, the promise of Eddie Griffin's talent, and of course the Wizard, Walt Williams. Walt was a guy who I always liked. I think while they had to take Yao Ming, drafting him basically changed how the rest of the team had to play and that group just didn't mesh with what they had to change to accommodate Yao. That team needed a big man more like Marcus Camby than Yao.

I miss the Kleenex Bums. Nothing like watching Mike D cry to the press after getting beaten yet again by the Spurs.

The trailblazers of 99-2000. Off the favorite topic, these bitches were loaded and scared the hell out of me. If not for 4th quarter choke job in a game 7, they most likely would of hosted the trophy that year.

I fully agree with Sacramento..one of the most entertaining teams of all-time..the way they moved the ball around was amazing, their big men were arguably the 2 best passing bigs in the game at the time..

I agree with the Knicks as well, they had a good blend of characters..

2003-2008 Detroit Pistons. I miss the defense, the depth, the skill, and the balance. Others have been mentioned--the Kings, the Warriors--but the team I miss the most is Ben Wallace, Rasheed Wallace, Tayshaun Prince, Rip Hamilton, Chauncey Billups, Lindsey Hunter, and Antonio McDyess. Throw in (every once in awhile) Carlos Delfino, Carlos Arroyo, Jarvis Hayes, Maurice Evans, Corliss Williamson, Memo Okur, Elden Campbell, Chris Webber, Dale Davis and you have a great team.

Late 90s Jazz and early 00s Kings would be the two for me. Real systematic teams, that played aesthetically pleasing offenses (flex and Princeton). What made those offenses so aesthetically pleasing was their personnel was so suited to playing them. I especially enjoyed watching the brilliant passing of the Kings big men.

06' mavs. just as epic as they failed in the finals, they looked impressively good in the regular season and early playoff stages. they were supposed to get weakened with nash and Fin gone but they turned out better than ever before, their guys were tough and all play good D, its just sad story taht they got robbed by officials and got their ring swindled by cHeat.

Gotta go with the Pistons, they had a starting 5 potential all-stars in their prime. Really great team. And the 2005 finals were just epic, best finals of the decade.

lmao yeah cuz they were definitely gonna go far being as they matched up with one very specific team well and got the shit beat out of them by any team with inside scoring.

89-90 Spurs. D-Rob's rookie year. Sean E., Willie Anderson, Terry Cummings, and Rod Strickland. Loved Frank Brickowski as the enforcer off the bench. I really thought that was a team that would contend for several years.

The 03-04 Jazz. That team was right up there with the Finals Jazz teams as my favorite. So many people predicted that 03-04 team to win less than 10 games. They played their hearts out all season long. I mean look at this roster...

PG- Carlos Arroyo
SG- DeShawn Stevenson
SF- Matt Harpring
PF- Andrei Kirilenko
C- Greg Ostertag

Raja Bell, Raul Lopez, Jarron Collins, Michael Ruffin, Sasha Pavlovic, and Mikki Moore coming off the bench. On paper that's worse than last years Nets team, yet the 03-04 Jazz came within 1 game of making the playoffs. I knew after that season when Sloan didn't win the COY award, he would never win it.

The Run-TMC Warriors. I still can't believe Nelson traded Mitch Richmond for that scrub Billy Owens.
