It's not so bad for us if true. If Sherman is offered the OC position in Dallas and turns it down, recruits can come play with the former Packers coach whom the Cowboys pursued to be their new OC.

If Sherman accepts the position in Dallas, we make DeRuyter the new head coach and hold on to him.

2) leaving A&M to be o-coordinator for the cowboys is a step down...and i would be shocked if it happened

why would it occur to me? it makes absolutely zero sense. if Sherman wanted to be in the nfl, he would be. plus, its obvious he really likes A&M.
