And? Blake being in the All Star Game would be much better than Duncan/Dirk. Better for them to get a weekends rest too.

I agree. I am actually surprised Blake Griffin isn't also ahead of Duncan as well. He would be great for the all-star game with the 15+ dunks he would get in that game. Duncan doesn't give a fuck about this game tbh...

All those chinks should be ashamed of themselves.

All those chinks should be ashamed of themselves.

Actually it's a lot better than having Bynum, Jefferson or any of those other guys.

This way Yao will not play, and the league will choose a substitute. Given that both Gasol and Duncan (who should be elected by the coaches) will already be there, and can play as centers, the league has a chance to choose another player that really deserves it. So all those chinese votes are doing us a great favour right now.

not really, swole triggas all chose to join the F range in the first place knowing shit would definitely get the most votes and win in the C election. Pau/Duncan actually plays C on the court most of times imo, they only appeared as Forwards in the AS election b/c they knew shit would be guaranteed the starting C.

i remember one season duncan was listed as C in the AS election initially, but was later reverted to F because being overwhelmed by yao in the C election

Bynum is easily the best center in the West and the Lakers most effective big.

He deserves to be an All-Star.

It's pretty crazy there are no great centers in the league atm. DHO maybe now that he has a fair post game.

Eh . . . maybe, if he had played more than two weeks of the season.

I'm sure Dirk doesn't give a fuck either. A rest might even be helpful. However, it's still interesting that even if he has been playing at such a high level so far it's only enough to be 6th amongst Forwards in the WC.

He deserves to be an All-Star.

Is he still playing? I though he had career-ending amputation surgery.
