Those 2 title fights were awesome!!!, FOTN honors to both, it is time for Walker to move up in competition, probably not ready for top tier guys yet, but mid to high level tier opponent should be next for him.

I know Nick gets a lot of hate in most places, I don't like him either but respect his skill level (if he was fighting Mayhem though, I would totally root for Mayhem); the guy has a great chin.


That fight could go up there as a nominee for Fight of the Year possibly!!!

Walker definitely deserves a move up in opponent. Something that will really challenge him in other aspects of the fight.

IMO i don't think the main event was all the great, and im not just saying that because Cyborg didn't win. Diaz has a good chin, yes, but he controlled the whole thing. Cyborg was getting out matched in stand up...

Cyborg really screwed himself by taking Diaz down though.

I gained a lot of respect for Cyborg, I hadn't seen a whole fight of his before and I looked up the Melvin Manhoef fight afterward and it delivered too. I hate Diaz, but he has been able to back up his talk against Strikeforce's ranks and I'm just hoping SF crumbles within the year so that he goes to the UFC to fight those guys.

I also respect Walker a ton, but no way do I think he can face any of the 8 in the SF Grand Prix. They'd slaughter him, and I think he'd have a tough time against the UFC gatekeepers...but it's not for lack of heart, he's just too flat footed and easily excitable in there. They'd wreck him and I don't wanna see that.

My appreciation for Joe Silva grows with every SF card, most UFC fights are competitive and SF seems to have one-sided beatdowns that are occasionally exciting. But I am eager for the Grand Prix tho, hope it is good.

LOL those leg kicks were fucking brutal. I'm going to stand by what I think that Diaz is stupid and takes too many punches and one day it'll bite him in the ass, but that guy really is a tough motherfucker. Ouch.

great fights. cant wait for the start of the GP.
the walker fight was more of a novelty to me, but then again i'd rather see him fight than kimbo.
i'd say the most suprising thing to me was Lawler's sub defense. he coulda been caught so many times yet he kept getting out.
i thought it was fun watching diaz pick apart cyborg. cyborgs door cracked open briefly once, maybe twice but all in all diaz was just fucking with him.
