Right now the Spurs are facing the least physical frontcourt remaining in the playoffs. Should the Spurs indeed earn their 3rd NBA Finals appearance then they are going to face a bit of a shock in the next round. Right now it will be up to whoever is playing alongside TD to ratchet up the physicality inside. Mohammed has shown that he won't back down inside, which is a pleasant surprise considering who has manned the middle for the last season and a half. In a series against either the Pistons or Heat, it's going to be the play of the frontcourt and especially whoever is up front with TD to bring it. TD himself is going to have to sack it up as well inside. Horry's always great to have around but he's made for a series against a team more like the Suns. As for the Sufferin' Slovenian, one can only hope that he can be somewhat useful. If not then I guess there's Massenburg.

Championships are still won with defense and in the paint. The Spurs are not above losing a battle in the paint this season.

Broken record forum.

Nazr still reaches way too much on defense, but that's not going to improve much until next season.

We trust Horry alot more in the playoffs.
