So since he is not returning, that assures within 2 years that the only trace of Auburn's championship or Cam's heisman will be old espn stat pages.
LOL Auburn
LOL outplayed by Oregon's QB

LOL Cant_Be_Faded... Darren Thomas is probably the single biggest reason why Oregon lost.

No. By far the single biggest reason was the domination of the line on both sides of the ball by Auburn. After that, the QB and the OC play calling is a toss up.
I asked the question in the Championship Game Thread if the Oregon QB is used to improvising or only follows the play. It depends on what kind of QB he is. If he's supposed to follow the rules given, then the OC is reason number 2
But ANYWAYS, statistically the Oregon QB outplayed Cam Newton by far, and that's all anyone will look at, especially once Auburn has no title and all that is left is Internet Stats.

all anyone will remember is that in 2011, Auburn beat Oregon in the NC game.

exactly. the NCAA can do whatever they want, but it doesn't change the fact that Auburn won. They would have won, regardless.
Aside from that, i don't think there was as big a difference between the teams as CBF does. They were pretty even; the speed of Oregon balanced the disparity in size.

I think you are wrong. People right now below the age of 13 think "Ted Williams" Is that stupid homeless half black ass who has a good radio voice and got the Cleveland Cavs job and is going through all this Kardashian-esque drama. They have no idea about Mr 400.
In four years, noone will give a fuck about watching the actual game, and the new college football watching demographic will only see stats online. And Cam sealed his fate by having inferior stats to the Oregon QB.
JGW only agrees with you because his team is the biggest cheating joke this side of the Mississippi.
Free yourselves from your bias, you will see that I am right.

You didn't read a word I posted in the actual game thread did you?
I gave every credit to the Oregon D that I possibly could. But fact is, if you have eyes...Auburn was getting 2nd and 3's, 2nd and 4's, 3rd and 2's, while Oregon was getting 2nd and 9's, 3rd and 7's, all fucking game.
It's called watching something and remembering what happened JGW
But as a stupid ass Aggie I wouldn't expect you to understand that.

true. when you think of UT's national championship domination, what do you think of immediately (hint: it's a player).
others might think of the downfall of another (heisman-winning) player...

it took a last second field goal to beat Oregon. Oregon had enough chances to win the game and did not take advantage. I don't see the superiority of Auburn. Frankly, and it was more than Auburn's defense, the Oregon offense looked rusty.
I'm aware that auburn is a strong running team, hence the short 2nd and 3rd downs.

Perhaps the reason he is leaving is because there is simply nothing left to accomplish as a collegiate football player. He won every single award he possibly could along with the national championship. Nowhere left to go but down.
Good luck Cam

What does that have to do with anything?
I'm not sure most <13 year olds even know Ted Williams is the name of the former homeless guy.
I'm not sure most <13 year olds even know who our vice president is.

Cam has already sealed his fate with a Heisman trophy and a NC win.
I don't really care that Bush no longer has his trophy. I remember 6 years ago when he accepted the award and was voted the best player in the country.

I'll remember but I won't care.
Thanks to the NCAA being hypocritical shits, I only care what Ohio St did on the field against Arky.
even if they were to give the Sugar Bowl trophy back next year because of the tats, it wouldn't change what happened this year.

there are about 90+ teams in the country that would give up a nut to be a 1 year wonder.

This. It's more than worth the penalties they are going to incur. Cam Newton made Auburn a shitton of money. If found guilty, they will lose a small fraction of what they gained.
I'll remember but I won't care.
Well congratulations.

So you took Ohio St to cover the 3.5 spread. :lol
even if they were to give the Sugar Bowl trophy back next year because of the tats, it wouldn't change what happened this year.
Pryor will have sold that trophy to a third party by then, so the NCAA will have a hard time finding that trophy. It does change what happened this year. If they were deemed ineligible Ohio State would not have the win and no player would have accumulated the stats they did.

right.
I'm talking if they had taken the win away after the fact.
