Spurfect21

So I have been a spurs fan since I knew what basketball was...I'm 25 now so the days of D-Robs mvp type years are sort of a blur to me. But when #21 became a spur I really started to pay attention to a lot more than wins and losses. I started to see basketball for what it really is: the best team sport there is.(Football a very close second). I had the HONOR of growing up being the biggest fan of Tim and cheering him on since I was 11 years old. So the point of this thread is to implore all my fellow spur fans to relish every minute that #21 is out there on the court. Every one of us has taken for granted what he has done cuz he's done it for so long and so well that its pretty much just expected. But the truth is that when that lottery ball landed on the spurs with the #1 pick it truly changed the outlook of not just the organization but the entire city...Timmy still has 2 or 3 years of very productive ball left, maybe even more, but we all need to watch him every time he clutches the ball in his arms before tip off, every time he hits his bank shot, every time he tries to be "tragic Johnson", every time he yells "that was a Fuckin foul!!!", and just every time he puts up consistent numbers cuz sooner or later its gonna be over and were gonna wonder where the time went. I don't post a lot but I like reading ya'lls opinions and stuff but that dunk by Tim on the mavs the other night made me wanna tell people this... here's to hoping we get him ring #5 this year!
