If, by that, you mean Dupnik's First Amendment rights are being abridged by a recall. No. He had the constitutional right to speak out. That doesn't make it prudent or without consequences. Particularly when he used that right to inflame and already volatile situation and libel an entire group of people.

He can keep talking but, hopefully, he'll be doing it as someone other than the Sheriff of Pima County.
