Blake Griffin is the next Shawn Kemp. If the Clippers can find the next Gary Payton they may be on to something.

I think Griffin is a better all around, more well rounded player than Kemp, at similar stages of their career.

Kemp still got the more stylish and funkier facials, alley oops and breakaways, compared to ginger pubes.
