3 teams have come back from 0-3 deficits to take a 7 game series in the three major sports that have 7 game series.

League 0-3 deficits Comebacks
MLB 26 1
NBA 76 0
NHL 140 2

The last team to do it was my beloved Red Sox, just 7 months ago against the hated Yankees.

So, it is not impossible that SA can still lose this series, highly improbable odds, but not impossible.

I put it like this. Suns have never beaten a Spurs team with Duncan but I will give them a 1/8 chance on the road game 4, and 1/3 chance at home game 5, and 1/4 chance game 6, but if they get it to game 7 give them the 2/3 edge.

1/8 x 1/3 x 1/4 x 2/3 = 2/288 = 1/144.

Think your odds are too high for them!!!!

do you know how many of those deficit comeback wins had lost the 1st 2 @ home? I'd be interested to know...

no only 3 L's twice and once 3 L's in the preseason.

I believe there is only one time the Spurs have been beaten four times in a row in the Duncan era, and we are forbidden to speak of it around this time of year. :nope

Hey, if it hasn't happened in the NBA yet, I guess the law of averages means it has to happen some time.

How many times has any team come back from 0-3? I don't think ever. Very few have even come back from 0-2, esp not when those 2 were on their home floor.

Dallas came back from 0-2 in the last round, and won.
Portland came back from 0-2 (or was it 0-3?) against Dallas a couple years ago, but then lost in Game 7 in Dallas.

What else?
