DwYane has currently has hit his last 13 shots.

It's nice to see Lebron finally embrace his spot as the 2nd banana. Props.

I tried watching it but Mike D teams are fucking pointless, chucking 3s until the axe falls.

I agree DMC. This game is not that fun to watch.

I wonder how often opposing defenses manage to stop Lebron on a fastbreak without fouling or letting him score.

'Bron showin' off that dusty post game.

I thought the Knicks were supposed to have some sort of prolific offense. The last few possessions have been utter shit. Not even a semblance of team basketball. It's just people passing around the perimeter and then going one on one looking for a jump shot.

Vicious block by Lebron.

Lmao NY's offense is so fuckin ugly to watch. Who are these scrubs chucking three's? 25 or 26 three point attempts in 3 quarters hahaha. They're lucky Lebron is playing like shit or they would be down by 20

Wade should keep those goggles, they look pretty hard with that tint hahaha.

The only entertaining part of this game is watching Wade clown on New York's atrocious defense.

Just an incredibly dull game to watch otherwise.

Can't wait for Boston-LA on Sunday. Going to be a killer game with (I suspect) playoff intensity.

j.dizzle
01-27-2011, 10:03 PM
Why does Wade keep passing it to Pitbull when hes shooting like 90% vs these defense?

01-27-2011, 10:09 PM
Wade is just annihilating this defense.

01-27-2011, 10:12 PM
LOL Wade 6 for 14 at the line. NY is trying to lose this game by shooting all these garbage three's.

HarlemHeat37
01-27-2011, 10:13 PM
For all the ignorance displayed towards him this year, Miami's offense is so lost when Bosh is out..not only due to Bosh's talent, obviously, but due to the fact that the rest of their bigs are so offensively inept with Haslem out..

The Heat have no pick and roll options right now..the other team doesn't respect any of the bigs as threats after the screen..they're overplaying Lebron and Wade..

Heat lose again - no surprise here = better bring the savior Bosh back, oh that is right they lost a lot with him in the line up too.

Heat continue to be so over-ranked and they even let Amare back up his smack!

Heat by the way are only 11 and 7 vs the West and would be fighting for the 6th seed if they played consistently night in and night out against the still stronger West conf that overall wins about 60% of its games vs. the East.

HarlemHeat37
01-27-2011, 10:45 PM
Knicks won't be making any noise in the playoffs..they've been exposed for a few weeks now..beating Miami without Bosh doesn't really change that..

The problem with the Knicks is that they have absolutely no depth up front, and D'Antoni doesn't even try to implement his bench on a consistent basis..particularly up front..Stoudemire is always in foul trouble, and he's going to be even worse with the wear and tear he's gonna have to take all year..

The Knicks will most likely play the Bulls in the playoffs, a horrible match up for them..

I agree with this, Harlem. They NEED Melo, Melo doesnt need them. I know at first he (amare) wasnt sure (about a trade) but Knicks only have Amare who is game in game out reliable scorer.Gallo can shoot and Felton is a decent PG. Chandler, Fields, Turiaf are solid role players. But their young players are dumb on offense but ALSo their only defenders ... (besides Ronny)

HarlemHeat37
01-27-2011, 11:09 PM
I'm an admitted Melo hater, so I'm biased, but they need a decent C just as much as they need Anthony..

The Knicks don't have good defensive wings AND they don't have good defensive players on the interior..even if they get Anthony, they will desperately need a C next to Amare, or he's going to continue to be in foul trouble all the time, which obviously kills their team..

Amare averages 3.7 fouls per game, which is an atrocious number..not only does this affect his playing time(to an extent), but it also makes him even worse defensively, since he doesn't even bother contesting shots most of the time..this takes a below average defender, and makes him even worse..if you watch any Knicks games, you're pretty much guaranteed to hear Mike Breen say "..and Stoudemire let's him in, trying not to pick up his 4th/5th foul" at least once or twice a game..

Killakobe81

Isnt that a little biased to point out the Heat's injuries but not the Bulls or Celts?

Heat are flatly over-rated and their one impressive streak was mainly against bottom feeders. Watch it happen they will not win even 60 games after all the hype/analysis/BSPN and USAToday love fests ad nauseum. Sure they had a week of injuries or so but come on this is supposed to be the greatest team ever?? Wait for the playoffs they will be totally exposed unless Wade goes absolutely spectacular as only he can - as James will get another boo boo or quit again when times get tough. It showed tonight as Wade had a historic game going and they still lost to the Knicks.

I'm looking at the statline for tonight's game, and it's almost impossible to understand how New York one. Both had 23 free throws made, Heat had more boards, shot a better percentage. Only thing is Turnover's are +7 to NY. Pretty funny.

I actually find the Heat hype has markedly and appropriately reduced since the beginning of the season.

People don't regard the Heat as some juggernaut "superteam" anymore, especially since Haslem went out and the much-heralded Miller has been a virtual non-factor since his return.
