Yep, I'm apparently in a GDT mood.

POR up by 1 a little more than halfway through the 2nd.

Someone get a GIF of the consecutive 3 misses by Portland off the fast break.

Portland is team that good to great teams seem to struggle with more than Portland does with other teams even with all the injuries and especially up there. They are also a well coached team.

Both games were ugly but hard fought. Maybe not until the 4th in the Miami game, and last night's Utah game but lately I have seen games with "almost playoff-like intensity"

I agree. The OKC-Hornets game on Monday was a battle for 48 minutes. Hard fouls, tough defense, clutch shots.

48-44 ...and dudes all over the floor do too "playoff fouls" and hard screens.

Ofensively tough to watch but the defense and intensity is amazing. I was thinking it would be great to play this depleted Blazers team but if they play this hard rather play someone else in the 1st round ...

I need the Celtics to win by 4+, no reason they shouldn't..

What an ugly ass game

Wesley Matthews has the tendency to get completely locked down against the better defensive teams in the league.

There's prolly a lefty-esque "McMillan being a Ginobili fan" joke to be made about the 20 pin on Coach Nate's lapel, but seriously...what is that?

This game would be different if Camby were healthy. LaMarcus is down there fighting for rebounds and tryin to get open, meanwhile other 4 Blazers are passing it around the horn and jackin up jump shots.

Game's gettin outta hand. Fernandez has gotta be about as fun/frustrating to watch for POR as Manu is for SA.

Both teams definitely grinding.

Erden has been pretty serviceable for a rookie. Pleasantly surprised by his play this season.

Not as good as Marc Gasol but I agree he has that kind of upside ...

We have no chance without Batum and Camby. Nic going down early in this game killed us.

Tough to see how injuries have wiped you guys out. On the bright side Matthews has been a good signing and Outlaw who you did not keep is sucking balls ...smart move.

Davis still has a lot to learn when it comes to flopping :lol

Good game Penny. I hope that injury isn't too long lasting. You guys are snakebitten.

Props, Celts. I hope Lakers are ready to meet THAT kind of challenge.

Suns have to run, really run make or miss to have ANY shot tomorrow night.

Yea the curse continues tonight with batum. But its a miracle there was only one injury for either team tonight with how it was being played early on lol

Let me see....if we meet said challenge that'd be three in-a-row.
