Manu's had some big flops, but I'm not sure that was one of them. Notice his right foot comes down on Raja's foot - looks like he immediately leaned back to take weight off it.

Those guys might have both embelished that one a little, but I've seen much more blatant flops from both of them.

Nothing beats the Chris Paul barrel roll though.

the only ones even close to that level are the one of baron falling down and the one of kirilinko faking the headshot.

however the cp3 one beat them out because it includes the most dramatic action, from the hilarious look on his face the instant he decides to flop, to the full 540 spin, to throwing the ball over his shoulder wildly, then tops it off with a running fall and roll.

none of the others include so many features as that one
