After seeing goalies skating at full speed (and wiping out on turns) at the NHL All-Star Skills Challenge, the NBA should follow suit. Who would your top 5 nominees be for the "Comedic Effect" Skills Challenge? My list:

They should put some of those players in there, it'll make thats stupid challenge more entertaining!!

Some new challenges to make it more interesting:

Chess:
J.R. Smith vs. Kenyon Martin

Tauromachy:
Steve Nash defending anyone

Broadway Grand Extravaganza:
House, starring Hugh Laurie, Greg Oden and Yao Ming. Will they get healthy by the end?

Historical reenactment:
Dirk Nowitzki vs. the 11 French players in the NBA*

Darko Milicic
