LOL

Sorry Kori, you can just delete this thread (or merge it with all the panic threads). I just couldn’t help myself. :oops

I can’t believe how some of us get all riled up after the first loss. Yes, we wanted a sweep but come on – we are playing a very good team.

On a side note: My first Main Post! Wohooo! :elephant

Is it like this everytime the spurs lose a game in the playoffs with all the panic threads?

Thanks for rubbing it in. Only one team can win a championship and you are lucky to have a great team in the spurs.

The Mavs will get there someday (although I don't think they will under Cuban's ownership until he learns to back off--does Dallas even have a GM?). Of course, I hope it's many years from now when the Spurs are rebuilding. We had 30 years of futility before the first championship in 1999, and then we were spanked into submission by the Lakers until 2003. I think a lot of posters on this forum still have an inferiority complex about the Spurs, hence the freaking out after each and every loss (and after some wins). The ignore posts by this user feature comes in handy (although it doesn't work for entire threads, unfortunately).

Being new myself, I don't know if it is like this all season; but since I joined...I have seen tons of panic threads (after a loss)

I find them amusing :lol

That is part why this forum is good. The more freak out threads the better.

Steve Nash will not last to be able for the suns to win 4 straight games. I expect him to look tired tonight. Phoenix will be tough but San Antonio has Duncan and Amare can't guard him. San Antonio has Mohammad to throw at Amare so Duncan doesn't have to guard Stoudemire. I like their chances even if it is in Phoenix.

If Spurs lose tonight, there will be a line at the 410-I10 overpass 5 miles long, and I will be one of them.

:)
