I don't hate him, but I wish the Mavs would have never signed him. This guy will either get hurt or choke in the playoffs. Plus he doesn't play defense that well. That's why the Whorenets were desperate to get an overpaid Ariza just because of defense.

Before this season, you could have added Okafor's contract to the list, but he's done well. Don't forget Mo-Pete's 4 years 28 million. Also Jarrett Jack's 3 years 15 million.

If anyone is to blame for the Hornets losing money, it was the previous GM and owner. They were terrible. Awful contracts, awful draft picks.

I still remember arguing in 2000 how Peja was superior to Dirk. I was so insanely amazingly wrong. Funny how history unfolds. But Peja can end up being a great pickup for the Mavs. He's one of the best 3 point shooters in the league when he's on his game.
