Blair again just having his way with the Raptors (28 and 11!!!) while Splitter also played relatively well and if not for a hard foul (was shook up and had trouble with some fts) might have been on his way to a near double double himself. Even so the Blair Splitter combo did it again similar fashion to what they did to the front line of Sacremento (the same front line that hammered the LAL). 34 and 18 boards between these two in 35 min by Blair and 15 by Splitter! Friggin incredible!

For good measure Tim added 16 and 6 in about 25 min and Bonner was +5 in the +/- in his time on the court and although he only scored three that is about 53 points and 24 boards up front.

The front line outboarded the entire Raptors team that had only 23 boards!

That was a borderline shot on Splitter - that is ok he has shown he is tough = he fell on his ass even harder on the bad dunk crap awhile back!

Reports were that is was his hamstring again, right? I think this is why he badly cheesed the FT's.

yeah, but i dont think they can say broken ass on TV.

it messed up his FT shooting but he was running around for a little bit after the play. i think its Pop being Pop and playing it cautious but who knows.

What happened (for those of us who couldn't watch)?

He got undercut while going up to the basket. Manu pushed the Raptor (forget who) into him. It may have been intentional on Manu's part. Argentines and Brazilians don't always get along.

Ummm, his "stroke" from the line looked the same as it has all season. 2-7 from the line is fugly.

I don't think I could be more pleased with either guy's play. I'm a bit disappointed with Splitter's minutes this season, but I felt the same way about Blair's last year. Pop doesn't trust rookie bigs for some reason.

Oh, good...incite an international incident... ;-) Thanks for the info.

Manu's just doing what he does. He hasn't hurt anyone since Aaron Brooks, and he was mad that his elbow against Ron Artest didn't land. Why not hurt a guy on his own team that he defended in the press just a few days ago?

Manu hardly pushed Calderon: their feet got tangled up and Calderon tripped into Splitter.
