Every loss means the Spurs aren't contenders...and every win is meaningless until the playoffs.
Except against the Wiz. Biggest win of the year.

I'm just glad we bounced back and got the W last night. I don't know if anybody else noticed, but the Spurs are 0-2 this year when they wear their home white uniforms on the road. I realized it after the 76ers game, and just thought I would point it out. The other loss was the blowout in Orlando against the new-look Magic.

Well, the Wizards are bad to begin with, and they were missing a couple of players as well, so I agree that this win doesn't mean a lot.
Still, I was glad the Spurs came out of the gates focused and determined to make up for this abortion of an offensive game the night before. It worked, and it allowed Pop to play the Big Three sparingly.

They're proving to be defensively porous internally without Noah. If he doesn't play, we should beat them.

People are just assuming this will be a loss. I think otherwise. The Spurs will have had a couple days of rest to heal up and take this game. The Spurs are a better team and shouldn't be expected to let down their guard. What has Chicago done anyway but become a playoff contender?
Warm up game for the Nets. If the Spurs can't get up for the Nets then I'd like to see Bud take over for Pop. No excuses

1. #1 ranked defense in the NBA.
2. 2nd best (23-4) home record in the NBA.
3. Home victories over Boston, Miami, Dallas, and the Lakers.
I just wish the unimportant wins (and losses) weren't so dependent upon our three-point percentage.
That scares me. :wow

Regarding the Bulls game...if Noah plays, we lose, otherwise, we win.
