Which team will have the worst record at the end of the season, giving them the best odds of landing a #1 overall. Everyone knows how shitty Cleveland has been playing since, oh... one of their better players went to Miami (Big Z!) but the Kings aren't far behind, ahead, whatever.

I say Cleveland. Dan Gilbert wants a 1st overall pick because he knows they will never see the Finals again in his lifetime without it.
