Does anyone have a link to this? I want to go back and see what this guy wrote. I remember reading it at the beginning of the season and thinking that he was a complete idiot. I think it was on bleacherreport or something like that.

it's here: http://bleacherreport.com/articles/423629-the-end-of-an-era-why-the-san-antonio-spurs-will-miss-the-2011-playoffs

bear in mind that ANYBODY can write for bleacher report. while people often quote its articles on here - it has no more credentials or credibility than a random post from an opponent's message board.

I'm sorry, I realize this, but even so....

They have lost key championship run players in Robert Horry, Brent Barry, and Beno Udrih

Many people think Beno was a stud on the Spurs. He was Chris Quinn the beta version.

Replace "many people" with "people who don't watch the Spurs play."

i have faith that quinn, limited as he is, can get the ball past halfcourt against token pressure from lindsey hunter.

True... beta versions aren't as good as the product quite often.

Haha very true. This is my first year watching EVERY Spurs game via NBA league pass. I even got to check out a game while I was in San Antonio over Christmas. It is awesome watching a team evolve over the course of a season especially with the talent we have.

I agree with this, I just don't think we're a playoff team this year...:toast

I may be wrong...

From reading the comments, it looks like this guy is a Mavericks supporter. Enough said.
