Soooo...who else makes them? I've been on a brownie binge lately after I found a great basic mix at Costco...they have Ghiradelli Chocolate Brownie mix in the bulk pack...add a little coarse sea salt on the bottom of the greased pan before you pour the mix in, add a few nuts, and then a little more salt on top...cook em thin so they have a firm bite...DANG! Good stuff! Almost TOO good! I have to cut them in little bites and ration them!

Ask and you shall receive...
CosmicCowboys hot spinach/bacon salad...
Fry 6 slices of peppered bacon in a cast iron skillet till crisp.
Remove and crumble bacon.
Drain off all but 2 tbsp oil leaving crumbles in skillet.
Chop 10 small green onions tops and all. Sautee in oil till onions just start to turn translucent.
Meanwhile, in a bowl add 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tsp dried mustard to 1 1/2 cusp red wine vinegar. Mix well.
Deglaze pan with vinegar/sugar/mustard liquid and add crumbled bacon back in.
Don't breathe the steam, it will light you up LOL.
Add a little salt and ground pepper...
Pour hot dressing over fresh drained/dried spinach.
Absolutely KICKS ASS.

I always get chocolate and sea salt bars at World Market. I was there this last Sat. and noticed they carry a box mix of salt brownies; I didn't get it, but I've tried lots of the different boxed baking goods they carry and love them all.

Yeah, I like World Market...not as good as Trader Joe's but better than nothing...they frequently have some good sales on decent table wines too...
